How To Make Coconut Custard Pie – Delicious Dessert Recipe!

Coconut seems to be a love-it-or-hate-it flavor.

Personally, I love coconut, and try to add it into every dessert possible. If you’re a fellow coconut lover, you’ll adore the recipe we’re about to share with you. Not only is it full of sweet, delicious coconut, but it’s also impossibly easy to whip up.

To make coconut custard pie, you will need:

1/2 cup of Bisquick

3/4 cup of sugar

4 eggs

2 cups of milk

1 cup of flaked coconut

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 tablespoon of butter, softened

Directions:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients and pour the mixture into a 9″ buttered pie pan.

Step 2: Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes, until the custard sets.

Like magic, this pie will layer into crust, custard, and coconut topping!

And there you have it! Although your friends will think you spent hours in the kitchen whipping up this decadent dessert, you know the truth – that it requires very little effort. Happy baking!
